This was really good! I used sweetened applesauce instead and backed down the sugar by 1/2 a cup. I also added raisins in one loaf and it was great!!!

Tastes great & easy to make! Even my father-in-law who doesn't enjoy anything healthy commented how much he liked the bread. I just didn't tell him it was a healthy version of it. :)

I made this bread gluten free by substituting five gluten free options for the 3 cups of flour. My family didn't know that it was gluten free of 'healthy'! DEEEEEElicious!

This was really good; very moist and sweet without being overly sweet. Will us this as my "go to" recipe for zucchini bread from now on.

This bread was delicious! It got rave comments from friends and family. After serving some to a group of friends I asked, "How would you rate this? A 4 or 5 spoon?" One of them shouted out, "A 10!!" The others agreed. I changed the sugar a bit, by using 1/2" cup of Splenda and 1 1/2 cups of sugar. It was still just as good, but with less sugar. In 1 loaf I also put in a handful of Craisins with the nuts.

I substituted canned pumpkin for the applesauce, added cloves and nutmeg, used the egg substitute option, and the bread was absolutely delicious!

This recipe was so delicious! I substituted egg replacer for eggs due to my daughter's allergy and also raisins for the walnuts. The bread was so moist and very tasty!! I froze the other pan for later and will definitely be making this over and over!
