93% less sat fat • 61% less sodium than the original recipe. For a fresh and crunchy lunch or picnic, pack the salad and the lettuce leaves separately in a cooler, and assemble the wraps when it’s time to eat. You’ll need a spoon to fill the leaves, but no utensils are required to enjoy the salad wraps.

This is a really good recipe! I've never had another salad wrap like this-- so it was a bit funky tasting to me--but I loved it! I do have to say--I did make a couple of minor changes-- I didn't uses lettuce leaves, but instead used spinach leaves and then wrapped it all up in a whole wheat tortilla-- delicious! And I didn't have any hot sauce, so I used a bit of cayenne pepper instead--so I don't know how much that changed the recipe--but it was good. It's really easy to make, doesn't take too much time to do, is yummy and even "healthified" :) I'll be making this again!
