This was very good, but I added a bonus that made it better...I mixed 1 cup of low-fat, small curd cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. I heated it in the microwave for about a minute. I then scooped this cheese mixture onto our dinner plates and topped with the lasagna. Excellent!

This tastes really good but I had to alter the recipe a little bit. I used Italian seasoning instead of the basil. I also couldn't find the mini lasagna so we used farfalle pasta instead. I let it simmer for about 20 minutes because the pasta wasn't done and added about 3/4 cup more water. It still turned out pretty good & the kids LOVED it. We will definitely make this again!

I am new to this site and this is the 2nd recipe I've used. I am not a "creative" cook and usually follow recipes exactly - so I really appreciate the reviews and suggestions. I made this as shown, but couldn't find the mini noodles, so I used bow tie pasta which increased my simmer time by 10 minutes. The only other change was that I doubled the cheese (fancy shredded Italian blend). Not sure what that does to the "healthified" aspect- but it was yummy!

It tastes pretty good and is easy to make. I used basil and italian seasoning and still felt it was lacking something though.

This was good but was more like glorified spaghetti than lasagna.

Very yummy! My noodles would not cook fully in the allotted time though. I had to cook it an extra 15 minutes to get them to stop being so chewy. It may be because I couldn't find the mini lasagna noodles and instead used farfalle noodles instead. Very easy dish to make and my kids loved it. We will definitely make it again. Plenty of leftovers too.

I have made this a couple times and it's actaully really good! I made it just to try it one time but the following week my husband was requesting it again. The only change I made is I use ground turkey instead of beef.

I made this for my family, and they absolutely loved it. It tastes as good as the regular, fat-laden version of lasagna- cheese, meat, sauce; you can't tell it's healthier! I will definitely make this again.
