I am new to this site and this is the 2nd recipe I've used. I am not a "creative" cook and usually follow recipes exactly - so I really appreciate the reviews and suggestions.
I made this as shown, but couldn't find the mini noodles, so I used bow tie pasta which increased my simmer time by 10 minutes. The only other change was that I doubled the cheese (fancy shredded Italian blend). Not sure what that does to the "healthified" aspect- but it was yummy!
