This recipe is not for anyone looking to make a traditional cobbler with light crusty biscuit on top. In fact, it was like a rather soggy bread pudding. All that is in it is fresh peaches, biscuit batter and a reasonable about of sugar, so it was tasty, but look elsewhere if you want something more like grandma used to make. I do not know if it would have worked better with regular instead of heart healthy mix.

Great recipe! I modified it by using 1/2 sugar and 1/2 splenda then diced the peaches. My husband says it's the best he's ever eaten (and he's eaten a lot!). Try it, it's easy and good!

This recipe was delicious for a healthier version. I also used splenda in place of the sugar. Will definitly make again. I have a gas oven so I only cooked it about 35 minutes and it was done.

I thought this was good but modified it the second time. I added 1/2 t. cinnamon to my dry ingredients before mixing and I added 1/2 t. cinnamon sprinkled over the top. Most importantly however, I used a larger glass dish, 9 x 11 to make the top crispier.

Good and easy recipe. I did modify it a bit the second time -- used Splenda instead of sugar, and used peaches in natural juice, instead of syrup. I think it turned out just as good.
