I made this for a quick supper tonight. The crust is really good. I used a dark cookie sheet and had to bake it for a little less time. For the second part of the baking I turned the oven down 25°. Make sure you make the edges high enough so that the filling doesn't run out over the sides. We really liked it and it was easy. I think I would like some sliced green onions baked on it too. We will definately make it again. We may even try a vegetarian version of it.
