Very good and will make this again. For this already quick recipe, I pulled browned hamburger out of the freezer and put it in the skillet with ingrediants for homemade alfredo sauce (fat free cream cheese, milk and chicken broth) much faster and I like this better. I left out the mushrooms due to a finicky child and added in some corn with the rest of the veggies. Served with some french bread and we have a well balanced meal. I would recommend this recipe...very quick and easy to make. Add more spaghetti if you need more servings. Will try it with chicken next time.

This recipe just didn't appeal to me. The Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and broccoli seemed to go well together but once everything came together it just wasn't a good "fit". I'm going to make something similar but use it as a side dish with oven fried chicken Parmesan and I'll omit the Cream Cheese and see if that's any better.

I used fresh broccoli, and prepared this one as a freezer meal, but even with those changes, it was TERRIFIC! :) YUM!

This Hamburger Divan has been such a hit that I have passed it along to everyone who has tried it. I have used fresh broccoli and mushrooms and even thinned the Alfredo Sauce with milk when I didn't have the half&half and the recipe is still outstanding and easy to make. Reheats well in microwave if there is any left over.

It has potential, but I did not care for this recipe. It was too sweet which was odd for us, we typically like spicier food. So I think next time I make it, I will omit the evaporated milk and cream cheese. Maybe add in some sour cream and a heavy dash of black pepper. Didn't have to spit it out, but won't be up for a second try without some tweaking to the recipe.

I had to substitute chicken for the ground beef at the last moment, but this really was great! It needed something extra, but I'm too new to cooking to figure out what that may be.

This works well and tastes great using ground turkey and/or ground chicken.

sorry about the second review, to address Ladylassie104. You can substitute. Instead of half and half use evaporated milk, for cream cheese you can use an equal amount of low fat cottage cheese blended smooth. These shouldn't change the flavor too much but should lower the saturated fat.

Why break up spaghetti? Substitute any small pasta instead like small shells or spirals. Try using the vegetable pastas or whole wheat.
