This was great! Super easy. I ended up using plain frozen hash browns instead of the BC julienne potatoes and just added milk and cheese. I also added a can of cream of chicken soup. My family loved it. My 10 year old had seconds (usually have to force him to eat his 1st portion!).

Very easy to make,had a good flavor,but is way too salty. I won't be making this again. I would not recommend to a family with sodium restrictions in their diet.

This was just edible for my husband and I. The only modification was that we substituted Swiss cheese for monteray jack, which is what we had. We had this for dinner and it would probably be suited more for brunch. We found that it was also a bit salty, probably from the ham. But other than that it had no flavor. It was just like eating cheesy hashbrowns with ham. On the good side, my 8-year-old son liked it and ate the leftovers which would have been thrown out otherwise. Will not make again.
