Very easy to make, had a good flavor, but is way too salty. I won't be making this again. I would not recommend to a family with sodium restrictions in their diet.

Quick and easy. very delicious. Try fried onion rings instead of bread crumbs. Yum!!

This was just edible for my husband and I. The only modification was that we substituted Swiss cheese for monteray jack, which is what we had. We had this for dinner and it would probably be suited more for brunch. We found that it was also a bit salty, probably from the ham. But other than that it had no flavor. It was just like eating cheesy hashbrowns with ham. On the good side, my 8-year-old son liked it and ate the leftovers which would have been thrown out otherwise. Will not make again.
