Love hearty breakfasts? Whip up a frittata. You just mix the eggs and all the extras, like cheese and veggies, and cook them in a skillet.

Just made this for Breakfast. I used Bacon and Swiss cheese and 2 eggs for a individual version. I used a 5-6" non- stick pan. It was Delicious & Fast. Will make again for comapny and myself...

What a great way to combine tasty ingredients and so easy to prepare. You can serve it any time of day. Add your favorite bread and spread and you have a complete nutritious meal.

I''ve been doing frittatas for years also. You can throw almost any left-over veggie in them. I like spinach and onion with ham also. Try left-over chicken with corn, cheddar cheese and salsa on top! Pepperoni, broccoli and mozz. cheese topped with pizza sauce, the combos are almost endless and it makes a little left-over something go a lot farther!

This really turned me on for a quick, nourishing supper when I don''t have time to prepare a more time consuming meal. This would appeal to my hubby and anyone else''s for sure (as well as all kids).

I have cooked frittata for dinner for years. The ham is something I haven''t tried though. I start this recipe on the stove and finish it in a 350 F. oven for 10 minutes or so. It gets a little puffy. My husband likes it- - -that''s what matters.
