Great flavor and easy to prepare. I'll definitely makes these again. I had no problems with the firmness of the patties, though going a bit heavy on the crushed chips may have helped.

we had them over the weekend and they tasted fabulous, but they fell apart for us too. i was thinking either more chips and curshing them more or maybe bread crumbs. however, i think you might be onto something with the egg and i doubt it would change the flavor. anyone else have any ideas?

I made these burgers a few nights ago and although the flavor is great, the meat needs something to hold it together. It was a mess to eat as it fell apart quite easily. Do you think an egg would change the flavor?
