I cooked this tonight for supper. WOW!! My husband was thrilled after the 1st bite! He saw me put it together and was shaking his head. But when it came off the grill and he tucked in he couldn't talk for eating. He went back for seconds! Thank You Betty Crocker!!

My variation on this includes nixing the sweet-and-sour sauce and using a favorite BBQ sauce. I also add water chestnuts for crunch. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a grill, so I pop the package in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes or so.

I hosted a dinner for the women in my church and we made this. They loved it! It was easy, quick and delicious. I even store them in the freezer (pre-cooked) and defrost them to cook later. My family loves them!

I grilled these packets up last night for my family, and they were delicious! Like others have suggested, we served them over rice. The only thing I will do differently next time is to warm up some extra sweet & sour sauce to pour over the chicken & rice just before serving. I might also try marinating the chicken before grilling it. Our new grill has a burner on it, so the entire dinner was cooked outside, which kept the house cooler. There weren't many dishes, either, which is always a plus! Bottome line: Easy to prepare and delicious to eat!

Delicious and easy to make. I used half a yellow bell pepper and half an orange bell pepper. Was done in 15 minutes. The only thing I would do differently would be to add more pepper and more pineapple.

This recipe was easy to prepare and the chicken was moist and flavorful. I served it with rice as suggested in earlier reviews and it work great to soak up the delicious juices from the packet. And don't forget the easy clean-up. You just throw the foil packets away.

Made this delicious chicken last week on the grill. Was very very good, quick and tasty. Would suggest serving with brown or white rice to soak up the awesome juices. Next time I am also going to cut my red peppers a little smaller just for easier eating. This is totally a great dish to serve if you are entertaining and need something quick and great tasting. And the grilling is a plus - we live in AZ and its well over 100 degrees - not heating up the house is a plus. ENJOY!
