This recipe is as good as everyone says! I was a bit intimidated trying to cook salmon for the first time for a group of friends and family, but it is truly AMAZING and really simple! It has all the delicious flavors you'd hope for. This one is a home-run!

Wow!This salmon is outstanding and is great as a leftover. I have used it in a salad, scrambled eggs, on toast points with capers. I am sure you will come up with many other creative uses. Enjoy!

I had salmon defrosting and found this recipe. All the ingredients are common on-hand stuff, I figured I'd give it a whirl. WOW! It was raining, so I broiled the salmon. Broiling brought the marinade to a wonderful glaze over the fish. My husband couldn't get enough of it. The smell is wonderful, makes you want even more! We will definitely be making this again.

I'm not usually a seafood person & this recipe is one of my favorites! I love this marinade! The flavor is the perfect compliment to salmon. Rather than using this as a marinade, I like to grill the salmon plain & then add the sauce once it is served up. (Doing it that way has also eliminated the need to double the recipe & it tastes just the same.)

Excellent way to marinade Copper River Salmon. Slightly sweet, slightly salty. Easy and very flavorful. Double recipe for extra on grill marinade moisture if flipping salmon for nice grill marks. Can't miss with this one. 5 Star Quality.
