tasty, very tasty. dropped the ginger and added a large dollop of prepared beet horseradish. tried the next time with dark Scottish beer instead of the coke. excellent also. tried the next time with the same beer and added some molasses. even better. kids like the cherry coke flavor better; oldsters like the beer. Betty; full marks on this one

Recently married and having the in-laws over for dinner for the first time. My husband and I contemplated for a while what we wanted to make. We ended up doing these as my husband and father-in-law love ribs. They were delicious, had great flavor and super moist. My husband did the ribs - we didn't have cherry coke but used regular coke plus grenadine. Other than that, followed the recipe exactly. My husband was very excited about the raves his parents gave him. Paired it up with grilled asparagus, caprese salad and garlic bread. Great dinner! Would recommend. Since my husband made them, I’d say the recipe was fairly easy to follow.
