Tried this recipe. I used cheese & garlic croutons, & a bit of italian seasoning. Needed more of the cheese/spice mix, I'll use double next time. I agree with MegsM, a bit more butter or oil would help it stick together better.

Very good and the left overs are perfect for home fries....the original receipe needs a bit of extra butter or olive oil to hold it all together
