This sounded great and I was going to make tonight and put in oven rather than BBQ. However, hubby got into hotdogs while I was washing up so this will go in oven tomorrow. I'll check at 45 min. and then 60 min. Don't want breast to dry out. I put thigh in for hubby and breast meat for me but needs to be juicy though done. May add a few more veggies when i see what is in the fridge.
