I adapted this recipe to fit our taste... Because we don't care for oranges I replaced the o.j. with 1/3 c. cider vinegar (for the rest of the acid) and juiced & zested 1 large lime. I added minced garlic and used boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins in place of the whole chicken pieces. Not only did this smell delicious, it was delicious!! Thank you for the original recipe :)
