I made this with ground turkey (my local supermarket does not carry ground chicken). Despite the fact I am not a big fan of turkey - I thought these burgers were fabulous! I will make again and again.

My WHOLE Family loved these! Even my very picky 6-year-old! I used pepperjack cheese and it was delicious! I used american on my little girls' since the burgers themselves are a little spicy. "Good job Betty!"

We made these with ground turkey and they were absolutely fabulous...what an easy way to add some great taste to usually bland ground turkey!!!!! Lightened up by using light hamburger buns, reduced fat mild cheddar and added a tad of light sour cream to the salsa on top...highly recomended recipie!!!!
