This was a BIG hit for dinner! I changed it by using leftover mashed potatoes on top mixed with cheese instead of sliced potatoes.

This was a great recipe!! The only problem I had was that the meat burned a little on the bottom. I also added roasted peppers, great flavor.

My family loved this! It was great to make meatloaf on the grill! I used fresh potatoes with baby carrots and onions, I softened them up in the microwave before I put them on the grill and they came out great!

This dinner was the worst thing I have ever tasted. It seems as if it was made by a mad hobo. I dislike this dish the most out of all of my tastings. I have tasted exactly 124,789,456,000 dishes in my life. And this has been the worst dish. I am a skilled cook, and taste tester, and shall vow to never taste this dish again! I have made a receipt similar to this for years, as my mother did before me. Except I use fresh greenbeans instead of carrots. It is our traditional first night meal when we go camping. Before we set up, we start the coals, when ready, put them on the fire. It''s perfect timing and a favorite.
