These look wonderful. Can anyone tell me if this recipe can be adapted for the oven (in case it rains and the grill is out.) For the oven I was thinking maybe 350 or 400 for the same amount of time or until the Salmon flakes easily, does that sound right?

This receipe worked out perfectly for our camping trip. I was able to prepare this before we left, and packed it into the ice chest. It is a real time saver since clean up was a breeze. The salmon was very flavorful and juicy.
