I was told after making this for the 1st time for someone else it was the BEST Samon recipe they had EVER had!! I am not a samon fan but the recipe was excellent in time and very easy to make! Would recommend everyone & anyone to make this!!

I ALWAYS zip up any recipe with my own preferences. I am sure this was a great start but I didn't follow it item by item. Either way, it was FANTASTIC! Everyone loved it and it was a fast,fun, easy and delicious way to cook and serve dinner. Try it, you'll like it!

I just tried this last night for the first time. It was fun to make, fast and turned out great. It was however, a little dull and next time I will try to zip it up a bit! Love the recipe and the cooking time! I have a freezer full of salmon and plan to use this recipe over and over again!

My husband and I just moved in to a new home and we're trying to cook easy, healthy meals for right now since our kitchen is still a but unorganized. This recipe was fantastic. We ended up cooking the fish a little longer (only about 2-5 minutes) but that was the only thing we alternated. The fish was VERY moist and the rice cooked perfectly. I will be making this over and over again.

My husband & I are not fish eaters. This recipe was the best salmon we have ever eaten. I have no experience cooking fish it turned out perfect the first time.

I usually cook salmon with teriyaki sauce but this recipe is fantastic. My in laws loved it. I was surprised how quick it was to prepare and cook it. I also felt like I was on a camping trip preparing a foil meal. It's great I'll cook it again and again.
