Made this chicken, but doubled the marinade recipe. Very good. The lime taste is refreshing. I was afraid it might be too spicy for my husband, but he liked it. Actually, I did not double the jalapeno, since I only had one, but it added a nice taste. We will make it again. served it with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.

This chicken was VERY good. It is perfect summer time grilling, not to spicy. Great if you cut it in strips and use as taco meat. No hot sauce needed.

This is the most wonderful chicken. Has a wonderful zip to it, I never thought chicken could taste this good. Great lite recipe for summer served in a salad or with baby garlic potatoes on the grill. You must try this!
