Did a bit of creativity - used some chunky medium salsa as a topping before going to the grill - added a bit of zing, being that jalapenos are on the "do not purchase list" - would I make it agian? Absolutely - am thinking about how to change it again (my biggest downfall) Enjoy - hubby even liked it (although he did "char" it a bit) -

We do this with leftovers too. One way to get kids to eat their veggies is to get them to make their own small pizza. Have lots of fresh veggies they helped pick or cut up along with cheeses and olives to go on the pizza but let the adults cook it. My granddaughter loves to make her own and eats every bite of it. She also loves to make the dough from scratch - grandma doesn't care if we make a mess. Who cares if the pizza isn't round as long as it gets eaten and we had fun making it.
