I had to make mine on the Foreman grill (middle of winter) but my house did smell amazing!! I doubled the recipe and also added mexican style rice and cheese. They were delicious and we will definitely add this to something we make again!!

My family loved this recipe. I especially loved the onions. I only used 1 onion but next time I'm going to use 2 or 3 and I may add some bell pepper. This was delicious!

I made these with alittle difference, like the salsa, was my mom's homemade salsa. And used sliced avocado instead of gucamole. It was fanastic. This one I saved and put in my cookbook.
