Looking for a new way to cook pork tenderloin? Moist, juicy and flavorful pork is what you'll love about the easy brining technique done before grilling.

This recipe is fantastic. Really tested it 3 weeks before Thanksgiving to see if it was fit for the family holiday and let me assure you it is. We use just regular pancake syrup instead of the maple syrup, and apple juice instead of cider. Then to grill if using charcoal make sure to put the coals around the endge of the grill so it does not burn and it is ready in 20-25 min. It is truly amazing. We made it for Thanksgiving and I am still getting phone calls raving about it. It seems to work best with a 2 lb roast. So I made 2. Good luck.
