I love these burgers. They do fall apart some, but the flavor is amazing. They are very moist, not dry at all. They are my favorite burger of all times. They also reheat very well and are still just as moist.

i can't even tell you how they taste. there is no binding at all. they are terrible to try to cook on the grill. every time they need turned they just fall apart completely. never again, just a big waste of time and money.

YUMMY!! I've been making tky/ck burgers waaaaaay longer than they became popular since I don't eat/prefer beef. To help bind burgers for outdoor/indoor grill, I add an beaten egg and also freeze the patties for about 10-15 before throwing them on the grill - they stay together better. Also a grill pan works well. Lots of possibilities with subs/additions to what veggies, seasonings/herbs, etc. that are on hand in frig and/or pantry
