My family loved it for Thanksgiving, though I thought it was too peppery. Both parts of the recipe having pepper is redundant, so don't overdo it. I used regular salt & dried parsley. You don't need to boil the green beans for long if you want them to remain crispy. The prosciutto came out perfectly crispy-tender. Feel free to double the recipe if serving more than 4 because it makes 4 bundles - 1 bundle per person. Can trim the beans and create the topping mix beforehand to save time - it took me more like half an hour.
