this is very good, and you can try different rotisserie chicken flavors, I tried it with a carribean (Y)erk (not a bad word, haha, didn't want to let me post correct spelling!) chicken, it was delicious....and healthy!

Greek salad is one of my absolute favorites! I make mine like this, but I use a Greek dressing (light, of course), and put in artichokes too. Great way to use up chicken!

A new swing on greek salad with the added chicken breasts. I added a few more vegetables to mine to give it some extra crunch. The salad was very attractive. I will for sure be making this again.
