Rolled in cinnamon-sugar, these doughnut holes are a real breakfast treat! They're easy to make with Bisquick® Gluten Free mix.

Could you bake these? I follow the directions and the dough turned out just right. I wouldn't make these all the time, deep fried. If they could be baked, then it would be a slam dunk.

Delicious! My family doesn't care for nutmeg so I didn't put that in and increased the cinnamon.

I'm wondering if these can be made with regular Bisquick? Would I need to make any adjustments to the amounts of anything or just substitute the regular for the gluten free mix? Does anyone have some suggestion?

These were so easy to make and turned out so good! I didn't have any problems with the dough being to wet, they were really easy to shape into balls. The only problem we had was that they were gone too fast, I might need to double the recipe next time! :)

Dough is definitely VERY wet. Can not form balls as it states. The flavor is great however, I would recommend playing with the amount of ingredient listed in order to get a better dough.

The taste of the donuts were good, but when I mixed the ingredients together it did not form a dough. It was to wet so I added more bisquick but it didnt seem to help. would have been nice to have ball shape than having to spoon out the batter.
