I just made some and they were really good.. I did not have any garlic salt so I used a teaspoon of garlic paste instead and also extra cheese. Not having any pans I trust as most have been used for pizza and are pretty scratched up I made mine in cupcake liners and they turned out really nice.

We are new to the gluten free world and trying all new recipes and this by far is the best!!! I took the suggestion of others and used half the bisquick, half the milk and only used one egg. I double the cheese and kept the garlic the same. I like them better than Red Lobsters since they weren't greasy and were very very light! Loved them and will be cooking them often. I paired them with the oven baked chicken recipe and it was a hit!! Tthanks Betty Crocker for giving the Gluten Free world some taste without the flour!

I made those chesse biscuits. They are just as good as you all said. I used allpurpose gf flour and they came out delicios. They were done all the way through the biscuit, I have tried some others and they were nasty. I baked them for 8.30 min at 425. I shared some with my sister who is not celiac and she gobbled them up and asked for more, If she likes something that is not pasta based it is a miracle. I give it 5spoons

...this time I added fresh rosemary from my garden. Chopped it up finely, added a heaping tablespoon. Can't get this basic recipe wrong. It'll take more butter, garlic and now rosemary.

I love these! I make the full recipe but almost double the cheese, use about a tablespoon less butter & waaaaaaaalaaaaa! They are awesome, freeze well & my husband even likes them for breakfast. I don't brush with garlic butter, though, as some do and they were still awesome.

These made a large yummy batch, but they also froze very well. I made them to go with a large pot of corn chowder and froze the leftovers. I pulled them out a week later and they were still delicious, so I got 2 meals out of one baking session.

Made these last night...so good! I took the recommendations for making a half a recipe, but kept the cheese the same, and sprinkled the top with garlic salt before baking. Even my boyfriend who doesn't usually care for baked goods enjoyed these! So Yum!

I halved the recipe and it turned out pretty good. They are the right amount of crunchy! I've never made biscuits before...and GF biscuits to say the least. I have been missing Red Lobster cheddar biscuits for about 6 months now and this definitely filled that void. I would add a little more garlic powder and cheese.
