These were delicious for breakfast, but as usual with most gluten free breads, dry the next day. Next time I will add about 1/2 cup applesauce to keep them moist.

These are delicious! Thanks Betty Crocker!! I better eat them fast before my non gluten free family members get a hold of them. They will love them too. Almost left out the orange zest and very glad I didn't. Just adds that something special. This is a keeper. Fast, all in one bowl (a must) and tasty GF! Wow..

I have been making these every weekend since I found this recipe a couple of months ago. They are deeeelicious. I leave out the orange because I can't do citus and I use Smart Balace dairy free margarine. I freeze them in baggies of 2 and grab a baggie on the way to work to eat as breakfast. They are great as is or warmed with some dairy free margarine. This is really a good recipe and thanks to Betty Crocker for the wonderful gluten free items.

This recipe sounds great. I can't wait to make it for my daughter, she is the GF in our house. Be careful though not all cornmeal is GF.

These are great! Someone else mentioned an after-taste, I have no idea what they are talking about! That review almost made me skip this recipe. These are easy and really delicious.

I love this recipe, although when I make it I use unrefined virgin coconut oil instead of butter, this way it's also dairy-free. I also make it as a cake and cook it at 350 for about 30 minutes instead. I omit the granulated sugar and instead, after baking, dust it with powdered sugar. It's really great this way.
