Fantastic! We absolutely loved it. My bf is a big green bean fan, but I'm not. I wanted to try something fun that would make both of us more receptive to trying new veggies as a side dish with dinner. This hit the spot! The garlic sauteed up crispy and mild in flavor and added a perfect compliment to the butter and oregano. We omitted the olives, but it's still delicious. We'll definitely make this one again.

This recipe is great. A wonderful bonus was that my 5 year old son got to help me prepare the fresh green benns. Also my husband hates veggies but he went back for seconds.

Very, very good. I love string beans and usually just perpare the canned beans with butter and salt. This certainly kicked it up a notch. I did not use the kalmata olives. I thought the cost was too high. I was not willing to take the risk of serving them to my family and they more than likely would not eat them.
