I made these for Easter and they were a big hit! They were not only delicious, they were also very festive looking because of the mint green color.

Although this dessert is quite good (and rich!) I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the brownie to marshmallow/frosting ratio needs a little improvement. In addition to the brownie mix it calls for I added a regular box of brownie mix. And it turned out much better! That being said, this is definitely a dessert I will only make for "special occasions" as it is VERY rich!

The icing mixed with marshmallows and chocolate is super-sweet and needs more brownie to balance it out. Either make with two boxes of brownie mix or use a smaller pan (9x9) and don't use as much icing. Cheers!

Yum! Ok, I typically hate when someone rates a recipe but has changes. That said, I thought I had all the ingredients but had to make my own vanilla frosting - I also didn't have plain white baking chips, so I did use peppermint candy baking chips. Also, the Oreos were a Meijer peppermint stick knock-off that I had bought a case of when they went clearanced so I wanted to use those. With or without these changes, this recipe was a hit with my group! Yummy!!
