I don't think I did anything wrong....but this did not work for me at all...the potatoes disintegrated in the oil...it was like ice cubes melting...all I got was crumbles...won't be doing this again.

I put my potatoes in a piping bag then squeeze them into strips on the pan and freeze them overnight.

this recipe did not work, after putting into hot oil the potatoes fell apart. there was no browning or getting crisp. I really wanted them to work because i am a potato eater and havwe not found any recipe that I did not like until now, if someone has a better recipe I would appreciate it.
