This is quite tasty! Good combination of simple flavors. I will definitely make this again. My alterations: seasoning looked a little 'light' so I doubled the marjoram. When cooking the potatoes I used both garlic salt and J&D's bacon salt as well as a sprinkle of black pepper. Used an additional green onion as well. Cooking time once the egg is added needs to be increased. Top was no where near 'set' after 6 minutes. I not only left it on the stove top an extra 5 minutes, I also increased the temp to med-low and still ended up running it under the broiler to finish it off. Since I don't care for Swiss cheese, I used cheddar instead. Frugal shoppers may appreciate knowing that oil packed sun dried tomatoes are quite expensive. The one and only jar I found was $7.14 at Super Target.
