This dish was very easy to make. Easier than trying to leave a reply on this website in fact. I didn't use mushrooms b/c we didn't have any and I used a combonation of broccoli and cauliflower. Easy to make, easy to serve, and everyone enjoyed.

We used some hot and spicy smoked sausage with jalapeno, which was good. My husband said "even the broccoli tastes good in this!" success.
