This is good recipe, tho I used chicken and added cream cheese with green chili's and their juice, blended well and cooked with chicken. then add sour cream and guacamole, and salsa if desired but not needed. I use the spice from this recipe and the veggies, also grilled the veggies, and added them to chicken, wrapped it all in flour tortilla.

this recipe was good but nothing special. It needed more taco seasoning. I also added cheddar cheese, jalepenos, and black olives. I use fresh peppers and onions. I will make this again but do it differently, probably marinade the steak in the seasoning for a day.

I haven''t tried this yet but I would prefer ground beef to the sirlon strips. Also I think it would be better with fresh not frozen peppers and onions. They tend to be a little soggy after frozen.
