You can’t go wrong with this super-easy dip. Garnishes of rosemary, yellow tomatoes, cranberries and red peppers make it even more irresistible.

This recipe was easy & delicious. I tried it as-is and then again w/ my own adaptations. I used cranberries on frilled toothpicks to hold on the rosemary sprigs & continue the wreath motif, and I eliminated the pepper bow. I did a spinach dip in one and a roasted red pepper hummus in another to keep the red and green color scheme. The possibilities are really endless, and I found there was virtually nothing left by the end of the party. Someone also asked to take a picture before anyone scooped from it, so I would rate it as a sure hit!

The wreath was cute, the pepper was a little hard to work with as a bow, but it was really cute and everyone loved it. I made my own dip though for it.. went over very well for a Christmas in July party.

This is a great way to decorate and enjoy the holidays. It was simple to make. It was a hit when I made it last year and I will be making it again this year.

For those of you who don''t know, Lipton vegetable soup mix is perfect for this dip. You can often find the recipe on the box, or go to recipesecrets.com. Everyone always loves this, but I love the garnishing ideas which I will try these holidays. Thanks Betty!
