Yay! No leftovers! So versatile ... you could definitely use shrimp and shrimp ramen, chicken and chicken ramen, etc. Super easy and yummy! Great Post!

When I was a child, my mother cooked a dish very similar, we added eggs fried in a skillet and sliced thin and used Spam insted of pork, also cut in thin strips & fried. Just becareful with the soy sauce, because the Spam is pretty salty. I loved this dish, brought back many memories....Nannybett SLC,UT

We used the MUCH cheaper "reduced fat ground pork" option at our supermarket. We didn't cook the meat in oil, obviously, and it did taste a little greasier than I'm sure it would have had we used the tenderloin, but all in all, it was really delicious. We figure it was about $5 total for this meal, and it provided a supper for 4 (two adults and two small children), and one reheated lunch for an adult. That's a good deal for $5!

Everyone loved this one. I added more veggies, water and chives. I also sliced up lean loin chops to cut the price. Super easy and an instant hit.

This was excellent. I used 3 packages of oriental flavored ramen with 2 seasoning packets, upped the water to 2 1/4 cups, and sautéed the pork in chili oil. Even my kids liked it.

A big hit with my family. I used leftover pork roast, a 1 lb. bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, only 1 ramen seasoning packet and added a little sesame oil at the end. I skipped the sauteing, just stirred everything together except the veggies, put the veggies on top and covered it for 5 minutes, then stirred again. Very low stress! Everybody gave it 5 stars!!

Delicious! My husband and picky teenage daughter loved this too! I used sliced chicken breasts and chicken flavored noodles, (3 packages and 2 seasoning packets), carrots, yellow pepper and brocolli. Definitely a keeper and so easy.

Great Meal. Everyone loved it (two little boys and husband). I took in account suggestions and used chicken stock instead of water, added garlic, and only used one package of seasoning. This recipe will for sure go on our monthly dinner menu rotation
