I have always liked this recipe from years ago when it was on the cake mix box. I did experiment once though and used a can of crushed pineapple, drained, instead of the slices. It's really good that way too and now that is how I make it.

EASY, delicious with ingredients you don't have to run out and buy. Next time I'll throw in grated coconut and Barbados Mount Gay Rum to make it a PINA COLADA Upside Down Cake. :)
