Very good! I spruced it up a bit by adding spinach and sauteed all the vegetables first. B/c others commented on the quiche-like crust, I cut the amount of milk down. This helped, I think.

I used canned black olives instead of mushrooms. It turned out very quiche-like. When I first took it out of the oven, I was concerned that it was undercooked, because it was a bit jiggly. It was fine though, and quite tasty. It was even better after I'd let it sit in the fridge for a few hours (and then reheated, of course, in the microwave). The flavors blended together very nicely then, and it didn't seem as quiche-y.

My hubby and I love making this.... we omit the mushrooms because I'm allergic and had 1-2 pounds ground hamburger and about 1/2 pound pepperoni. It tastes great!

We're trying out a new no-red-meat-during-the-week routine (yep, we have a big 'ol steak on Saturday!). I made this recipe with fresh sauteed mushrooms instead of canned. Also added lots of fresh basil. We enjoyed it very much, and the leftovers are great, too.

This was AWESOME!!! I did not use mushrooms and substituted Morningstar meal starter crumbles (vegetarian). I made my own pizza sauce since we needed only 1/2c (small can tomato sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasonings, grated Parmesan and a little sugar), and added green and orange bell peppers. My husband loved it!! Very similar texture to Impossible cheese burger pie. I had everything I needed to make this and served with steamed vegetables.

We like pepperoni, so added about 1/2 cup ground with food processor. (Was about 1/4 of large diameter stick pepperoni). Will definitely make again.

The flavor on this was great. I agree with the other reviewer..it was more quiche like than pizza like...I used fresh mushrooms and can now see how they might have contributed to making it soggy after it sat in the frig. I don't know that I'd make this again, but if I did..I would actually use the canned mushrooms to cut down on the amount of liquid the veggies give off. I also sauteed onion, garlic and julienne zucchini too to use on the pizza...the flavor was the best! Just wasn't thrilled about the consistency of the 'crust'.

It was more quiche like than pizza-like. Okay, but wouldn't make again.

I altered the recipe slightly and added roughly chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and chopped black olives, I also used chunky spaghetti sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. It was excellent my daughter and her boyfriend also gave it a 4 out of 5
