Good! My 5 year old loved helping in the kitchen, and LOVED 'mixing' the meat and other stuff with his hands LOL. I overcooked them a little, and they were STILL good. Will definitely be making again.

These are really good. I have made these several times. I usually make double and freeze them for a super quick weeknight dinner. I just throw them in in the sauce pan on low to make sure they defrost all the way through and they are done before the speg. is cooked! I have also used this same recipe to make meatloaf. Super good, easy versatile recipe!

I made these the other night and they turned out pretty well. I wanted to use them for spaghetti and meatball subs. I didn't have Italian-style bread crumbs so I used plain bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning. I also included some garlic. I was pleasantly surprised that they were actually done in 18-22 minutes. I'll most likely make them again.

My kids absolutely love it when I make meatballs! I have some picky eaters but both of them love to help me in the kitchen when making these. Good quality family time and teaching them how to read a recipe and follow directions! :)

Made these this weekend, and have been asked twice to make them again already! Hard to please 5 kids. I seared each meatball in a cast iron skillet before baking. A HUGE HIT with my very large family!!!
