these are simple, easy and so good!! the longer end of the cooking times get them a crispy outer layer which is fantastic

Made these this weekend, and have been asked twice to make them again already! Hard to please 5 kids. I seared each meatball in a cast iron skillet before baking. A HUGE HIT with my very large family!!!

I made the recipe with ground turkey, came out very good, no frying less fatning it's a keeper, very easy to make and will try to make sweedish meatballs with it.

Followed the recipe exactly except substituted ground pork for ground beef. They were delicious. Will make again & again. I don't usually make meat balls - not a fan, but love these.... I served them with tomato sauce, but they could be served with any or no sauce and be a hit..

This recipe was so easy and was really good! My husband and I both enjoyed them so I will cook again. I made a mushroom gravy using mushroom soup and beef broth and poured it over the meatballs and let them cook in that a few minutes on lower heat. Will double the recipe sometime to freeze extra.

Doubled the batch with half 15% ground beef and half Italian Sausage and used minced onion in place of fresh for daughter's taste preferences -- YUM!! Very versatile and will go with any kind of sauce - spaghetti, BBQ, creamy mushroom - the options are endless!! Thanks, Betty Crocker community!

CindyK55: They list the nutritional info on the recipe so if you objected to the sodium why did you make them? Also this recipe is for Meatballs. Not meatballs and sauce or spaghetti and meatballs. There is no sauce because it was a recipe for meatballs only and a quick read of the ingredients would have clued you in to that. Also reading the recipe first you would have seen they were baked and not fried and you could have chosen to try a different one. Just saying..I thought they were ok. I added a few more seasonings but thought they were fine.
