This dish was very easy to make fast and simple my family realy enjoyed it. We tripled the recipe and had enough for the next morning we sauted till a lite brown on the bottom then served it with a slice Frittata and some Fresh Fruit mmmm....

this is a great recipe! It's also great by adding cooked ground hamburger on top to make it a main dish. Have made it for brunch and added bacon crumbles.

I have made these a bunch of times and love them. During the holidays or if I''m having guests, and I''m short on oven space and time, I''ll put these in the crock pot on high for about an hour and a half. That leaves the oven free and gives extra time to concentrate on the dinner.
