Great starter recipe. I saute' the onions, roasted red peppers, garlic,a grated carrot, handful of spinach and sundried tomatoes till soft. This also adds more flavor. I also use 3 eggs with yolks. My family loves this for Sunday brunch.

Just made it for our breakfast this morning. I would say it needs a little more flavor. My husband and I decided next time we would add some chopped up ham and shredded smart potatos. Also not crazy about parmenson cheese. I'd change that to cheddar. I'm adding calories but I bet it would be good!

I have made this several times and we like it very much. I used the regular subsitute eggs instead of the whites, easy to make and it can bake while you get other things ready for your breakfast or brunch.

I added some chopped red pepper and shredded carrots to the mix too for extra healthiness! I made this for a baby shower and it went over great! I thought it was missing a little pizazz but can't quite put my finger on what it is to add.

Sorry to be the odd man out on this one, but I thought it was disgusting. Glad I only wasted ingredients for 2 servings!

Delicious! The texture was fluffy but not runny at all and the vegetables cooked perfectly, not too soft or crisp. I highly recommend this recipe for any meal. We paired it with potatoes and vegetarian sausage patties. Next time I will use 1/2 tsp salt instead of 1/4.

Easy and fast! I have made this twice in the last week and my husband loved it. We were ready to top it with salsa, but then decided it was great as-is. It could be made even more hearty with extra veggies. Great dish!

Delicious! I used omega-3 liquid egg instead of egg whites and it came out fine. I added cooked turkey bacon on top before putting it in the oven. It gave it a nice crunch. It still tastes great when reheated the next day.

Excellent and easy! (These don''t always go together.) We''ve had is twice in two weeks and I have "flagged" it in my listings. Thanks.

This was such an easy & very tasty recipe. I added 1/2 a red pepper, used 2 eggs (instead of just the egg whites) and used whole milk (instead of skim) and it was excellent. Quite an impressive meal for guests too. Thank you!
