if you like tacos this is a great dish my kids put it on taco shells and used taco toppings me myself ate it on top of lettuce and tomatoes with sour cream and scallions this i would recomend to anyone so tasty

I made this for dinner tonight and it was a hit!!! I did cut down on the water, added a little cayenne pepper and presto!!! I would recomend this to others.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. We all said it was like glorified taco salad. The beans and rice give it a little extra nutritional value. I mixed up the recipe a bit and used yellow tortilla chips to "dip" into the meat/bean/rice/veggie mixture...kind of like nachos. Very yummy! Even warms up great the next day.

Easy and appetizing. We love to add sliced avacado to the top (splashed w/lime juice to keep them from turning brown until I can get my husband in from the workshop). We have iced water with lime and it is a refreshing, not heavy meal that can make for a quick meal.

I really LOVE this recipe, however I found that if you add a dash of cayenne pepper and a dash of chili pepper it really improves the recipe. I highly recommend this recipe!!!
