Very delish! I had never tried Spaghetti Squash until now. I did try the microwave method though, very good! It will be a wonderful, quick , side dish addition to our meals!

Surprisingly delicious! Just the right blending of flavors, I think the garlic salt really topped it off well. I used fresh parsley. Can't wait to make it for the grandsons 8 & 6. I'm sure they will love it too! My vegetarian friend will love this recipe! For a plus, it has lots of fiber.

This is one of those recipes which, after you have made it once, you can then personalize the next time. I really enjoyed this and remember, you can never have too much parm. Toasted, chopped hazelnuts add wonderful flavor and texture. Add them just before you serve. You can also serve it in a bowl, topped with spaghetti sauce.

I can''t believe it! My four year old just ate squash. My daughter had no idea. The spaghetti disguised the squash. I did not have parsley, so I used basil and dill weed. What a great dish. This will definately be on the Thanksgiving dinner menu.

I am planning to use this recipe tonight. Because of the high sodium content of the dish, I will replace the Garlic Salt with either minced fresh garlic or garlic powder. and the spaghetti will be whole wheat. It should have a very pleasant appearance.

Excellent side dish for my cola pork chops today! Unusual but delicious! I made it without the spaghetti & just doubled the amount of spaghetti squash I used. We couldn''t eat enough of it...and I can''t wait to get to the leftovers first! Highly recommend this recipe.
