No need to knead! This magical recipe gives you piping-hot yeast rolls without the work (or mess) of having to knead the dough.

These were great, super quick and easy to make! My husband said they tasted better than bakery rolls. My kids loved them but since I made them in a muffin pan they thought they had too much "crust" and only ate the insides. I would definitely use this recipe again but bake it in a loaf pan for less crust. Also, it helps to put them somewhere really warm to rise, mine weren't rising because I live where it's cold so I put the pan in front of where my oven vents (not too close) while I was preheating and they doubled in size right away.

Not good at all. I see why so many reviews said they added more sugar to the recipe. These have the consistancy of muffins, not bread. Quite disappointing. I won't be using this recipe again.

Very easy for last-minute rolls! Mine took about 10-11 minutes to get done in the oven, and they were sooo soft! Yum! I love fresh baked bread!

Wonderfull Quick Rolls. Tried this receipe as is and it was a hugh hit. Gone before they even got cold. Next time will double the receipe and add Cheddar Cheese. Also will try them as small loafs.

These were super easy!!! And so good. No reason not to have fresh dinner rolls or going to the store for some already baked. This is my "go to" recipe from now on!

This was very easy to make,I liked the muffin tin. The dough had the homemade bread smell while rising and while baking, but even though I watched and baked shortest baking time, making sure they did not overly brown they came out too dry. Maybe next time I'll try the mini loaf pan like a previous reviewer did and said that then the recipe came out moister and more tender.

I have made these simple to put together rolls many times. We love homemade bread, but sometimes the kneading is more that I have tome for. These turn out well, always moist, even if there are leftovers for the next day.
