RE slimgoodiedayton: There is a printing option on every recipe. It's the bar above the Facebook "Like" option. Hope this helps.

These are sooooo good. Have added sour cream as suggested by micmouse and Rae Mae. Instead of preheating the hard and soft shells, I usually wrap Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff hard shells right out of the package with the refried bean/sour cream coated soft tortillas, divide the seasoned cooked meat among the hard shells, and then heat the whole things upright in a 325 degree oven for about 7 to 8 minutes (I use a sprayed 9" x 13" pan to hold them). They come out warm and toasty and ready for all of your toppings.

I haven't try'ed these yet but this is the way we always eat our taco's we put sour cream on the refried beans before we put the shell on and then we make the hard shell just like you would do for any taco. you can also get them at Taco John's they are called tacobravo.

My husband and I prefer this dinner to going out. Used fat free beans and Mexican Blend Cheese. Love it.

These were very good. My sixteen-yr. old saw the recipe and make them for a family gathering. The little kids liked putting on their own toppings. Hint: don''t use generic taco mix, El Paso is so good and flavorful, authentic tasting. I won''t buy any other brand from now on. We''ve also made these with non-pocket pita bread on the outside, and they turned out really good.
