Wow! These are some pretty good brownies! I was looking for a recipe that didn't require melting chocolate(haven't had much luck with that kind). These fit the bill! I didn't add the chips. I made them in a mini-muffin tin and covered them with caramel chocolate sauce. So yummy! The chocolate flavor was a little bitter without the sauce, but I think that's becuase it didnt' have the chips. Next time I shall try it with the chips!
