Except for the crust I followed this recipe to the letter. For the crust, I used 8 Snackwell's low fat cream sandwich cookies and 2-3 Tbl of melted margarine. We think it is so good, I've made two in the last 2 weeks. If you're looking for a low fat dessert, I highly recommend this cheesecake.

I read the opinions and negative rating about the ingredients but since this is a recipe review I was wondering how the recipe was when you tried it? Surely you would not review a recipe you did not try. There is a community tab to post your opinion of ingredients so I am assuming you simply forgot to write how the recipe tasted. I thought it was ok. I have had better, I have had worse.

I have made this recipe 3 times in the last month. It has been the highlight of all dishes being served at our parties. It tastes and smells like the most richest cheesecake. It was easy to make and would recommend this recipe to anyone.

This is very good! Extremely rich though. I used splenda instead of sugar (my mother is diabetic and I wanted to fix something she could eat). My mother loved it!

Way too much sugar for a diabetic recipe! It seems these diabetic recipes on here are more geared for "low fat" rather then low sugar! This recipe can actually cause a sugar spike which is NOT what you want! The only reason I rated it so low is not because of taste but because its not a good "diabetic" recipe
