Great base recipe. My family didn't care for the potatoes. I replaced the potatoes with egg noodles, and added chopped up mushrooms. It was a huge hit. :o)

Delicious and quick ! My husband doesn't like sour cream so I divided the food in two pans before adding the sour cream and only put that in one pan . Still tastes yummy & you get all the flavors of the meatballs ! Definitely a fav in our house !

To HEALTH-A-FY this recipe, I made it with my own 97% Fat Free turkey meatballs. Also I couldn't find Cream of Onion soup so I used dry onion soup mix and a one and a half cups of skim milk. It turned out really good. I will make this again!!!

This is a delicious meal! I did substitute frozen green beans for the brocolli due to family yukkies (my husband did say that he would probably not mind the brocolli in this recipe though). I had a hard time finding cream of onion soup (now that I have, it will become a pantry staple) and I did have to increase the water to 1/2 cup to keep the potatoes from burning even on low simmer. This recipe will become a staple in my regular cooking choices.

This was a pretty simple dinner to make, my only issue is that it is so creamy that it's almost dry...I added milk instead of sour cream and still thought it was a little dry. I also used Italian styled frozen meatballs which I think added a nice flavor to the meal.

We loved it! Added a little bit of milk after the sour cream and topped with some french fried onions to serve. Everything cooks in one pan...bonus!

I have picky eaters in my house. They hate it when their food touches. So I did not mix all of the ingredientes together. I mixed the soup cooked the meatballs in the soup and water mixture, adding the sour cream at the end as directed then I cooked the potatoes and broccoli separately and served them as sides. My picky eaters loved the meatball In gravy. It was very good this way.

Not bad! I'm glad I took the suggestions of those below. It was easy to make and tasty! Based on the previous reviews, I added half a pkg of onion dip for flavor and instead of sour cream I used milk. The sauce was pretty thick so the milk helped better than sour cream would have. I couldn't find Cream of Onion so used Cream of Celery. The potato wedges can be found in the refrigerated section with prepared sides. Once I added everything to the skillet, I needed to cook all of this for about 15 additional minutes than listed and at Medium temperature rather than simmer. I probably should have cooked it longer or on a higher temperature. This made 3 hearty portions.

This was excellent. I used real potatoes and used cream of mushroom soup since I always have them on hand. You can use any frozen vegetable for this. This was so fast and tasty that it will definitely be made as often I can make it
