I just thought this was OK. I followed the recipe exactly, but it didn't do anything for me. My husband thought it was a little bland so I added some pepper which helped. Also, the parsley is over powering so just add a dash.

Not really a fan of this one. Like other comments, there is not enough liquid called for in this. I added to add a substantial amount more. It wasn't that it was bad, it's just not one that I thought did not have a lot of flavor and I think the corn was a little over powering. In my opinion there are a lot better risotto recipes out there!

I felt there was a bit too much garlic but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. I would also recommend lessening the corn as I felt the amount overwhelmed the rice.

My husband loved this dish...couldn't get enough. Me? I thought it was pretty good, however next time I think I'll leave out the parsley...seemed to give it too much of a "grassy" taste. Or maybe I can use dried parsley instead. It was good though...and fairly easy to make.

This is a favorite at my house. I always toss in a bit more garlic and cheese than the recipe states; very tasty!

I have never tried eating risotto before, let alone cooking it. It was very easy to make and the taste was really good next to barbequed chicken. I did add more garlic than what was called for and I only had dried parsley. This recipe is recommended.

This came out very well. The only recommendation I would make is to add a little more garlic. It was somewhat bland, but not unbearable! Came out rather well, I believe.
